The whole MAY I HELP YOU thing is silly. They don’t even have their full menu (where are the sides?) on the board to study before “confronting” the counter staff. No kids meals at all. My wife was not prepared for the ordering process and was very put off by it. Seriously, what’s the point? The regulars may know the schtick, but new customers like my wife just aren’t going to care for it. But beyond all that — the food was really bad. I got the burnt end sandwich and it was EXTREMELY salty. So was my wife’s pork sandwich. I don’t know if that’s unusual and if someone in the kitchen made a mistake, but at least one other review here commented on the excessive salt so watch out. I won’t be going back to find out if it’s not always like that. Not when there are a zillion other (better) BBQ joints I can go to instead.
