I ordered a veggie omelet without cheese and it came with cheese; no big deal, this happens. However, when pointing this out to my waiter (who did not look at my plate), I was told there was no cheese in my omelet. Asked to talk to the manager. She came out, did not identify herself, did not ask what the problem was, did not look at my plate but began the conversation with “My chef has been here for years and if he says there is no cheese in your omelet there is no cheese in your omelet”. ASTOUNDING! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED IN A RESTAURANT.

I read a lot of funny Yelp reviews from Kansas City. Typically the ones that are the best are the ones where someone has an axe to grind because they got bad service, food etc. The people who leave these reviews almost always only write the one review and are never heard from again.
