I went there with my girlfriend last week. She was excited for me to try this place because she (use to) frequent it for lunch. It was about 830 at night on a Wednesday I believe. Anyway we put our orders in, paid, and my gf received her meal in a timely fashion. I waited at the table for about 10 minutes while she ate. The cashier approached me and asked me to clarify my order, which I did. Instead of the order being made right away, the employees were hanging around snacking and talking to each other. Another 10 minutes passed — I look over and my sandwich is sitting on the counter rotting away while a young asst manager-type was joking around with the cashier. I finally walked up to him and asked “hey is this my sandwich? My girlfriend is done with dinner and I’ve been waiting 20 minutes” He basically shrugged me off and I had to inhale my food before they closed. Needless to say not the most memorable dinner I’ve ever had — I won’t be spending another dime at Jason’s Deli again Hope it was worth it guys.
