WORST SERVICE EVER. Went with a large group and they charged 21% for service that wasn’t even worth 15%. We reserved a private room only to be stuck in the middle of the room where we couldn’t hear each other talk, then moved in the middle of our meal to what seemed to be more of a waiting area, which was extremely cold, where they set up tiny little table for us to eat on.
I would give them 0 stars but the band was pretty good.

I read a lot of funny Yelp reviews from Kansas City. Typically the ones that are the best are the ones where someone has an axe to grind because they got bad service, food etc. The people who leave these reviews almost always only write the one review and are never heard from again.
