Well I tried Chef Burger for the first time today.  If I zip back to the house for a review its not a good sign.

I had no preconceived ideas when going to Chef Burger other than it was another Hamburger Joint. Unfortunately it even fell below that.

Watching them cook my burger the Cook pulled out a precooked burger and reheated back on the grill. I questioned them about it. “Do you precook your hamburger” and the lady said It was right before you came in with the other customers sitting down. HELLO they where completely done eating. How am I to know how long that burger was sitting there?  So I got no satisfaction and a substandard burger that I could have gotten any where. Needless to say the Burger was cooked more than Well done, dry, tasteless and a little burnt around the edges.

I got waffle fries not regular fries’s never asked me what I wanted. and for 10.00 dollars for a Burger, Fries and Med drink and a bad first time experience do you think I’ll be back? NO WAY. There are to many other good choices at the Downtown I will go some place else.

I’m a big burger fan my self and was not happy at all. I give Chef Burger a 1. To me its “just another fast food burger joint” low quality and treated me just the same but took my money at a premium price!

And what chapped me the most?  After I questioned them about my precooked Hamburger.  The few customers after I sat down with my meal.  They sure got a fresh burger but I didn’t. and they paid about the same I did.  Nothing make you feel worse than being treated like crap when all I wanted was to be treated like a customer like any other customer.   I had to say somthing to make them treat there next costomers better than I got treated but yet I was still given crap at the same price.

Another review said “wish I would have went with Chipotle” and I couldn’t agree more.  The only reasson why I tried Chef Burger becuase I had not tried it.  I have been to Chipolte once before. will I try Chef Burger again?  No, I will pass it by and go to Chipotle or any other Fast Food Resterant.
