Terrible; without a doubt terrible. The service is horrible. In fact at the table next to me, according to the waitress, “The kitchen lost your ticket, I need to retake your order.” I waited 10 minutes for a waitress to even take my order. Once she did I waited another 20 minutes before the owner came to me and asked me to leave. The reason. I was a single diner eating at a 4 top. It was made clear to me I was, as a single diner, not valuable to RJ. What a total jerk. Do not eat here, they seem to think they are above common decency since being on television.

Yesterday 3/05/2010 I ordered three one dollar double cheese burgers ( around 6:15 p.m. ) I ate one on the way home. I ate #2 at home. Around 1:15 a.m. I vomited violently, my temperature was 102.7 degrees’ , I got real bad diarrhea, had to go to the stool 5 times, vomited several more times. I have eaten at this Burger King since they opened up, recently. I use to eat there once or twice a week. NOT any more. This salmonella experience was enough for me, I thought I was going to DIE this morning. Never had food poisoning this bad EVER. Buyer BEWARE FAST FOOD = VIOLENT SICKNESS

I was not impressed at all. We went there for 3 of my friends birthday dinner. There was 11 of us total. We couldn’t make the reservation so we called that morning to confirm that they could have a table ready for us, which they told us they would. When we got there they told us that we would have to sit at seperate tables otherwise it would be over an hour. Once we finally got our table, we sat down in the main dining room. There surprisingly wasn’t very much room and it was really cramped for us. The waitress took what seemed like forever to come over and take our order. When they served our salads, mine was forgotten and I had to ask for it. The same thing happened when dinner came. Everyone else had their food but me. I had to ask the waitress where my lasgana was. Overall, it was a bad night. I live north of the river and had to drive a little ways to get their. The location is good but the resturuant is behind like 3 other ones so once we got there I was almost ready to just go some where else. The price of the food for dinner wasn’t worth the drive or the fact that I didn’t get my food when everyone else did. I will not go back there- EVER!

I must share this story! A few of my friends and I had gone to the Foundry on Sunday night, January 31. Well I had been in this establishment a total  of 3 times in my whole entire life. The first time, pretty much as soon as i walked in and sat down i was met by one of their servers wich i will not give names. She didn’t even say hi to me, she comes over and as rudely as she can say it, tells me i am not allowed to sit there. So I move, I unfortunetly move to another table in her section. She continues to be rude to me, and so I, not in these exact words told her that i knew who she was i had heard of her from another place.  She had been caught stealing wallets so i asked her about it. She screams at the top of her lungs ‘YOU ARE GONE” So the bouncer comes over doesn’t even have to escort me i go by myself. As he takes me out the door this crazy server is standing outside and threatens me as i leave the building. I asked to talk to the manager, which mind you i was not even intoxicated, she refused to come speak to me. I didn’t even have enough time to drink 1 beer before being kicked out because the server was rude to me and i was just givin it back to her. So the second time was uneventful. Now getting to Sunday, JAN. 31. It was my friends b-day and she wanted to go there for a few drinks. So there was about ten of us i would say, 5 of us all work together. Well we were the first arrive, and so we were moving tables and chairs trying to make enough room for our group. A male manager came up and started helping us move them. I told him thanks for his hospitality and that i had been treated very rudely by the female manager at night. I did call her a Bit@# discretely to the manger, I did not make a scene. I was not removed from the building nor was i asked to leave. I go to work the next day which mind you i was not wearing work clothes nor was i representing my job. Our server had worked with me at the job that i am now employed. So i believe he told her where i worked as well as her getting my first and last name off my credit card that i had used. So i go to work and she had emailed my work and not just my boss but my bosses, boss. She lied in this letter to my employment trying to get me fired! she said that i had harrassed her called her a fu#$ing bitch several times. Mind you i still have never even seen this woman, I could not tell you how tall, what the color of her hair was or anything. I feel i have been viciously attacked by this establishments management team. This is not the only horror story. My friend had gone in with some of his buddies. Well he had decided that he was going to pay for everything on his card. Everyone else would leave money on the table for a tip. Well this same  female manager came up to them and asked why he had not left a tip on the credit card. He tried to explain himself and an argument took place with her and my friend over him not leaving the tip on the card. He was with one of his friends who worked with one of the bartenders there at the Foundry at another job. This friend of his went to work the next day, which also he was not involved in the arguement. He had received a letter from this manger telling his job that he had been causing problems there. He ended up, because he did not want anymore emails or to be harassed by this manger any more so he went down to the Foundry and to appease her gave her 50 dollars extra tip for the server that she had claimed that they didn’t tip. Now I am on a mission at this point to make sure everyone hears about this. I want a letter of appology written to my place of employment for this crazy ladies lies and disturbing behavior. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THE FOUNDRY!

Although I liked the food well enough, other matters made me give this place the lowest possible marks: Our server hit us! My best friend and i tara were on a double DATE! First off, our server was the bartender who was pressed into serving, so he was a horrible server. then , when tara went up to pay (because he had left us unattended so long at our table that we had to take the check and money up to the bar) he said, “can i have any one of your ladies’ numbers?” WTF!!!! not only were we clearly on dates with the gentlemen sitting with us and that was a HUGE disrespect to them, but to be hit on in such a blanket manner (either one of you will do!) was offensive in it own right. and if that wasn’t bad enough, i tried to order not one, but TWO different things that they were out of! i had to order an entree three times because they were out of so many things! FAIL farmhouse!

I will never go to this bar again! In my one experience there, the staff was incredibly unprofessional. I went here for a drink with a friend and ended up being asked to leave. After I had already been served my drink and sat down for about 20 minutes, a security guard suddenly comes up to my friend and asks for her ID even though she was not drinking. After looking at it for a good minute, he tells her she needs to provide 2 other forms of I.D. She didn’t have anything else with her and could not provide anything else. After repeatedly asking her and receiving the same response, I decided to ask what the problem was. He then told me to stay out of it because this did not concern me. I asked why she even needed to provide further I.D. since she wasn’t even drinking and he then called for more security without even giving me a response. Within 30 seconds, there were 2 police officers, 2 securities, and what I assume was the manager on duty all surrounding us. The cops didn’t quite know what was going on, and since I was calm and civilized the whole time, they weren’t very happy to be called over for nothing. After one cop looked at her I.D., he asked the security, “What are you doing?”, since it was obviously not a fake and he had no reason to start all this mess. At this point, most of the people in the bar were trying to figure out what was going on so the manager asked us to wait by the door. While waiting with a different security guard and cop at the door, I asked where the staff went and why they’re holding us her against our will. That must have triggered the dumb security guard’s little knowledge of law from his criminal justice class at community college, because he suddenly got defensive and grabbed my arm and asked me to leave. I told the cop I didn’t want to leave without my friend and asked him to let go, but the cop said it was a private property and they had the right to “escort” me out. I then stood outside for a few minutes before they finally let my friend go. I really can’t figure out why they decided to start this whole deal. I guess the security there are a bunch of egomaniacs who love having power over people.

This is most definitely the worst place in KC. I read raving reviews of this place online and decided to try it myself. Upon arrival, I was told it would be a 45 minute wait. Which is to be expected at any restaurant on a Saturday night. After waiting 45 minutes in the entry way in single digit temperatures, we moved into the front door/greeting area for the remainder of our 1 1/2 hour wait. This restaurant is loud, crowded, and poorly set up. After we finally got seated, we did have good service from the waitstaff. There were several LOUD tables, including one that had a man wearing his napkin as a mask. I realize that this is not the problem of the restaurant, however it is not good ‘ambiance’ as the rest of the reviews I read stated. Our salads tasted like bagged grocery store salad that hadn’t been rinsed. My husband’s lamb chops (ordered medium) were cooked inconsistantly. One was medium, one was medium well, another medium rare, etc. The rosemary mashed potatoes were runny and tasted as though they were nothing more than instant mashed potatoes with some seasoning on top. My chicken tagliata was horrible. The chicken tasted like a frozen grilled chicken patty with some frozen mixed vegetables on the side. This food was awful!! We only ate it because at this point we’d been at the restaurant for over 2 hours and wanted to LEAVE!!!! NEVER AGAIN! I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE!!!!! Also, this restaurant was full of brookside, country club plaza, JOCO scum.

Last time I went here the service was horrible and I haven’t been back since. I ordered the taco salad which didn’t come in a shell, which does not make me happy. My husband ordered enchillada’s and the cheese was burnt so, we sent it back. We never got refills on our drink’s. Then, when our meal was finally over, they threw our leftovers away instead of boxing them up for us. My husband always makes fun of how the manager’s ear piece was on fire from all our complaints. Unbelievably they are usually crowded and you have to wait to be seated. The decor is nice though and the queso dip that you can usually find a coupon for in the mail is actually pretty good.

This flippin’ place SUCKS!!! The first time I went, it was crowded as hell! Can’t even dance! I swore to never go there again…Well, the other week I agreed to hang out with a friend, so we went out to P&L District. We were on our way to Lucky Strikes, but it was a special event & it was $20 to get in. Some of the ppl (who were friends of this girl I was hanging out with) didn’t want to pay the entrance fee, so they decided to go down the streets to NRG. The newly remodeled club (used to be called NV) was pretty nice & elegant, it was spacious & the music was alright. Well, those other ppl never showed up to NRG; turned out they went to Mosaic! So…since homegirl just couldn’t hang without these other ppl—who btw just can’t make up their freakin’ minds, we ended up heading back to P&L. We stood in line in the F***ing freezing cold for 45 minutes before getting in (remember, it is December in KC). Right when we walked in, all I can smell was freaking puke! Everywhere!! OMG I almost threw up myself! I had to push & shove my way through this tiny ass crowded place to the outdoor patio to get some fresh air. As I made my way out, I had to take a few steps down to the seating area…well-well-well, it was so dogdamn crowded that ppl were even blocking the stairway…& guess what- I tripped on some mother f***er’s feet & fell!!!! It was a steep-as fall too! I scraped & bruised my right knee & that s**t hurt like hell! Some dumb B**ch (who was one of the stair hoggers) was all like, “Damn, drunk-ass ppl can’t even walk around here.” Hahahah I got up & said, “Well if y’all dumb-asses would move the F**k out the way, we drunk-asses can get by without falling now; am I right?!” B**ch just looked at me & said nothing. Yeah, that’s right, this Asian B**ch rite-hea will tell you like it is if you wanna open your stupid-ass mouth to ME! Lol Anyways, I was not even tipsy whatsoever coz I hadn’t even gotten a chance to start my night yet!! This horrible place pretty much ruined my night, so after just a few minutes in this trashed hole, I went on over to Lucky Strikes & had a great-as time there, so well worth the $20 to get in. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I walk in that dirty ass pit-hole Mosaic again!!!

Low grade dog food. Ordered the Pep Sticks and med pizza with sausage, pep, and mushrooms. The pep bread sticks looked like they came from a bag from Sams Club. The pizza was burnt on the bottom, like they lined the oven with garlic. The sausage was undercooked and nasty. The cheese looked like it was plastic. It is a shame since it is a 2 minute ride from the house. Would rather get a Jeno’s pizza from Price Shopper. Overall a very disappointing experience with quality like this, they won’t be around much longer!!! Is there any good pizza in KC?
